At TilleyInk all products are made‑to‑order and fulfilled by our print‑on‑demand partner. Once you place an order, we send it to for printing, packing, and shipping on your behalf.
1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 2–7 business days to produce your item before it is shipped.

Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.
2. Shipping Times (Estimates)
After production is complete and your order is shipped, delivery times vary by location and method:

United Kingdom: typically 7–15 business days after fulfilment.

International shipping: up to 30 business days depending on your location, customs, and local postal services.
Please note that at TilleyInk we work with multiple print on demand suppliers so shipping times may increase or decrease depending in what country your item is being produced in.
These are estimates only and do not include production time. Transit times can vary due to customs, local carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents — this includes fulfilment, packaging, and postage.

Any customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear in carrier systems.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double‑check your delivery address before completing checkout — we are not responsible for packages that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an address needs updating before production, contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with your local delivery service and neighbours.
