Returns Policy

At TilleyInk, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Condition of Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery upon which we will arrange a replacement or return. We may ask for fault images before processing. This helps us ensure honesty and improve our products in the future.

3. Refunds and Discount Codes

  • Full refunds only — no partial refunds.

  • Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item (and images for faulty items).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For faulty items:

    • A full refund will be issued if requested, or

    • Discount codes for future purchases may be provided if the customer does not want a refund.

  • Discount codes may also be offered in lieu of a refund if agreed.

4. How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Images of the item if it is faulty

Note: Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately with photos of the faults. Once verified:

  • A full refund will be issued if requested, or

  • A discount code for future purchases can be provided if the customer does not want a refund.

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted if your item was customised, unless the item is faulty.

6. Other Important Notes

  • Orders cancelled after production cannot be refunded.

  • This policy applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
